Ryan Smith

Owner & President

Ryan has worked for Grimsley’s since 1994, when he was hired as a part-time delivery driver. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1999 with a civil engineering degree, he began working as the General Manager and found it very fulfilling. In 2004, Ryan purchased Grimsley’s and continues to enjoy the many facets of operating an independent business.

Ryan and Ellen were married in late 2020, joining their families as well as their vision for the future of Grimsley’s. In addition to spending time with those closest to him, Ryan enjoys planning trips and taking on home improvement projects that challenge him to acquire new skills.

Ellen Smith

General Manager

Ellen began her career with Grimsley's as a college student at Oklahoma State University in 1999. After graduating in 2002 with a degree in Marketing, Ellen made the decision to remain with Grimsley's and has held many different positions over the years. Currently, she is the General Manager while also overseeing Purchasing, Accounting as well as Human Resources. 

Since their marriage in 2020, Ellen and Ryan have dedicated themselves to spending quality time with their children as they continue to grow the Grimsley's name throughout the region. Ellen and her family enjoy traveling to new and exciting places anytime the opportunity arises!

Jenny Hentges

Sales Support & Customer Service Representative

I have been with Grimsley’s since January of 2000. In this time I have gained experience in just about every position at Grimsley’s. My current title of Office Coordinator gives me the chance to put all of that experience to good use everyday. I enjoy what I do and even more than that I enjoy coming to work everyday surrounded by people I consider friends and family! When I am not working I stay busy and exhausted having fun with my 2 kids! I love art, and when I have spare time I can be found creating something colorful!

Matt Tackett

Administrative Assistant

I grew up in Okmulgee, OK. My wife and I have lived in Stillwater for 16 years. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Cincinnati. I have two children, Hunter and Maddilyn. We have three dogs at home.

Caleb Holmes

Customer Service Associate 

My name is Caleb Holmes. I was a Cushing Tiger for high school, but followed my true calling of becoming a Cowboy when I attended Oklahoma State for four years. I played in the Cowboy Marching Band while getting my education. Music and theatre are two of my biggest passions. I attend concerts and festivals regularly, as I love to experience all things music. In my downtime, I enjoy watching sports and listening to music. My favorite pastime is spending quality time with my fiancee, who also enjoys going to concerts with me. We have two black cats, Admiral and Supernova.

Mary Price

Tulsa Customer Service Associate

I am a single mom of 2 grown daughters and I have 6 grandchildren. Life is hard so I try to have a little fun with everything I do and I love to make people smile. I also love all things OSU and Chicago Cubs baseball!

Ainsley Wood

Administrative Assistant

I was born in Stillwater, OK. I am 16 going into my senior year of high school at SHS. I enjoy being with family and friends, shopping, taking pictures and going out to eat. I have played volleyball for 10 years and really enjoy the game!

John Bain

I'm originally from Lexington, Kentucky and relocated to Stillwater in 2010. I enjoy sports, music, and traveling. My favorite thing to do is hang out with my 2 awesome kiddos!

Jeff Wensler

Sales Manager

I live in Stillwater with my wife and 2 children on an acreage with animals. We enjoy the outdoors, raising show pigs with my son, and supporting the kids' various school activities. Fishing and traveling are some of our favorite past times. I love working with our customers and partnering for their solutions with our amazing support team.

Danielle Valencia

I grew up in the Ripley/Perkins area until moving to Stillwater in 2010. My husband and I spend our time together taking care of our various pets. I enjoy getting lost in a good book!

Mike Vanbrunt

I was born in Austin, Texas in 1986. I have lived in Stillwater since I was 3 years old. I met my wife at Stillwater Junior High. She was 13 and I was 14. We got married a few years later, shortly after the birth of our daughter Alexis. I spend a lot of time with family and working in my shop. I have worked at Grimsley's since 2010.

John Herbers

Account Manager

I was born in Iowa, June 2nd, 1960. I have 7 sisters and 1 brother. I'm #6 of the bunch. I moved to Oklahoma in 1989 to manage a deep discount drug store called Phar/mor. I left Phar/mor to manage a Staples office supply store. I stayed at Staples for 15 years and most recently managed a CVS store located in Norman, OK.

My wife Lori and I have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. We can't forget about the 5 grandpuppies. We reside in Oklahoma City, OK.

John's territory includes: Oklahoma City, Wynnewood, Purcell and Meeker.

Chance Fears

Account Manager

I was born and raised in Bartlesville, OK. I moved to Edmond out of high school to try something new. For the past 5 years, I have worked in the automotive industry. On weekends, I like to play golf or watch any type of football. I am recently married and eventually would like a family.

Chance's territory includes: Perry, Enid, Oklahoma City, Kingfisher, Tonkawa and Newkirk.

Nathan Wallace

Account Manager

I grew up in rural Oklahoma and love the lifestyle it provides. My wife, Donna, and I have been married since graduating high school and we have 2 adult children with 2 grandchildren. Our passion is spending time with family. I am an avid "do it yourself-er" and we spend our free time working on projects around the farm while raising cattle.

Nathan's territory includes: Shawnee, Chandler, Stroud and Okmulgee.

Ky Wilkins

Account Manager

I have spent 33 years in public education as a coach, teacher, principal and superintendent. Twenty-five of those years were with Dale Public Schools from which I recently retired. My wife, Dianna, and I have 2 grown children. I love spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy golfing, horse racing, and time at the lake. My favorite vacation spot is Hawaii.

Ky's territory includes: Oklahoma City, Shawnee and Cushing.

Jeff Baumann

I am a native Oklahoman and I live in Tulsa. I have 2 grown children, a son and a daughter who are also in Tulsa. I love to cook, travel, read, and spend time outdoors gardening or at the lake. My favorite travel destination is Hawaii and I get there as often as I can.

Jeff's territory includes: Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Muskogee.

Dylan Murrell

Hi, my name is Dylan Murrell. I have been with Grimsleys since December 2016. I initially worked in the warehouse during my first year before moving to a Customer Service role in the front office. I continued in that role for 4 years and am now working with our Sales Team full time. I am grateful to have worked in so many different roles here and have built many great relationships because of it. In my spare time I enjoy working out, golfing and coaching at my local CrossFit gym.

Dylan's territory includes: Stillwater and Pawnee.

Jeannie Murphy

I was born in Raton, New Mexico and grew up in Amarillo, Texas. My first career was in the oil industry and I have been in the janitorial/sanitation industry since 1993.

Jeannie's territory includes: Tulsa, Okmulgee and Muskogee.

Randy Blake

Account Manager

Hello, my name is Randy Blake. I have lived in Stillwater most of my adult life. I graduated from Stillwater High School and Oklahoma State University. I have been married for 24 years and we have four children. After 24 years of service, I retired from the Stillwater Fire Department in 2021. I am looking forward to new opportunities with Grimsley's.

I enjoy all things sports, and spending time with family and friends. I love the Stillwater community and try to be as active as I can within it. I try to find time to volunteer with different charitable organizations as well as my church.

Randy's territory includes: Stillwater.

Tommy Knight

I live in Checotah with my wife, two sons, and our daughter. As a family we love spending time together camping and enjoying various water sports. I am glad I joined the Grimsley's team and look forward to serving our customers.

Cody Burchette

Hello, my name is Cody Burchette. I was born and raised in Tulsa and graduated from Broken Arrow High School. I have spent the last 15 years working in sales and look forward to continuing to service my hometown community in that same capacity and beyond. In my free time I enjoy kayaking, reading, and spending time with my beautiful fiancee. We love to travel and our favorite destination is Italy.

Matt Clingerman

Hey! My name is Matt and I grew up in San Diego, California. After moving to Oklahoma and graduating from Moore High School, I met my wife and moved to Stillwater in 2011. We have four fantastic kiddos, one boy and three girls. I love anything geek-culture related, all things outdoors, and have dabbled in music and voice-over work. My favorite thing about my role at Grimsley's is getting to know our customers on a personal level so I am able to serve them better!

I grew up in a military family, moving around the country. I've lived in Stillwater since 1984.
I went to Glencoe High School where I met my wife in 1988. We have been married for 26 years and have a grown son and grandson who I love spending time with as much as possible.

Stuart Lasswell

I grew up in Arizona then moved to Seattle to play music. Now that I'm a proud dad, I am happy to be living here in Tulsa close to my family.

I started working for Grimsley's in 1998. I met my lovely wife Dawn while delivering and we married in 2001. I love golfing, camping and spending time with our energetic son, Braxton.

I was born and raised in Glencoe, Oklahoma where I went to school my whole life. I married my high school sweetheart and now have a little boy. I enjoy guns, video games and motorcycles.

Chad Currant

I grew up in California, my dad was a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy. I've been married to my best friend for 13 years and we have 2 wonderful kids, also one in heaven. I'm probably the funniest guy at Grimsley's! I've been through a LOT but came out breaking chains. I'm a patch holder in an amazing, life changing motorcycle ministry. The best part, this is my 15th year at Grimsley's!
